Aroma Joe's hosts celebratory opening day in Waterbury

Aroma Joe's®, one of the nation's leading handcrafted beverage chains, is celebrating the milestone opening of its 100th store location in Waterbury.

The Waterbury location, located at 720 Wolcott St., is the second Aroma Joe's in the state as the brand continues its expansion across the Northeast; the first Connecticut location opened in Bristol in April 2022.

The celebration kicks off today, June 5, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Everyone is welcome for all-day prizes, giveaways, free drink cards and sampling. A celebratory ribbon cutting will take place at 1 p.m.

"The Aroma Joe's mission is to always reflect the brand mission of Caring, Compassion, Commitment to excellence, and positively impacting people – and our ability to reach this 100-store milestone reaffirms that," said Loren Goodridge, Aroma Joe's CEO.

The Waterbury location (100th store) is owned and operated by franchisees Mark MacGregor and Henry Laughlin. This 1,580-square-foot drive-thru and coffee house location features handcrafted coffee and espresso drinks, unique flavor infusions, signature AJ's RUSH® Energy Drinks and all-day food options.
